Elizabeth Scholtiisakk (Main Character Bio)

Elizabeth Scholtiisakk (Shull-tee-shack) is my main character in my fantasy world. She is also what I call my "Ideal Me." (Meaning, my idealized version of myself). I've been noticing that many people on this site have been doing these character bios, and I'd love to tell you all about Lizzie!!

 

Character Chart 

Character’s full name: Elizabeth April Scholtiisakk

Reason or meaning of name: Elizabeth is such a beautiful name. My birthday is in April. And Scholtiisakk is unique. Also, the full name flows really well. ;)

Character’s nickname: "Lizzie," or "Liz." (Only her boyfriend calls her "Liz").

Birth date: April 23rd, 1994. (Mine is April 23rd, 1997).

Physical appearance

Age: 17

How old does he/she appear: 18-19 years.

Weight: 105lbs

Height: 5 feet

Body build: Really skinny, and kind of small.

Eye color: Purple! (She has this genetic condition called, "Alexander's Genesis").

Glasses or contacts: Yes, she wears glasses for reading. (Astigmetism).

Skin tone: Pale

Predominant features: Eyes

Hair color: Jet black.

Type of hair: long, shiny, naturally curly. (She straightens it sometimes).

Voice: Absolutely incredible. She is a Gothic/Symphonic Metal singer, and her voice is WAY beyond her years!

Overall attractiveness: Absolutely stunning, drop-dead gorgeous

Physical disabilities: She has a lung/heart disease called "Pulmonary Hypertension." (My cousins died from this at ages 22 and 25 in real life).

Usual fashion of dress: She's Gothic. Sometimes Victorian Goth, sometimes Metalhead Goth, Sometimes Romantic Goth. (Usually depends on her mood. Very rarely does she dress in "normal clothing").

Personality

Good personality traits: She's quiet, she's totally friendly, she's welcoming, warm-hearted, she's happy, optimistic, strong, and the nicest person you could ever meet. (She is NOT depressed because she is a Goth. That is a stereotype!)

Bad personality traits: Sometimes she is passive, and can be shy.

Sense of humor: Her friend, Veronica, has SUCH  a vulgar sense of humor, and Lizzie laugs at nearly everything she says. She laughs as hard-to-understand musical humor, and she laughs at jokes her boyfriend tells or some things he'll say.

Character’s greatest joy in life: Friends, fans, family, and her career! (She's thankful for her fame, fortune, her amazing friends, for living everyday, and for her boyfriend).

Character’s greatest fear: Being taken down by her lung disease. (Especially when she has to leave her boyfriend behind).

Character is most at ease when: With her boyfriend, on stage performing with her band, and when she's with her friends and family.

Most ill at ease when: Sick in the hospital/suffering from PH.

Enraged when: When people crack jokes about her PH.

Depressed or sad when: Really having a battle with her PH.

Priorities: To teach children/adults suffering with PH not to be shy about it, and to show them anything is possible with their illness. Also, she wants her music out to the world. She wants to marry her boyfriend, too.

If granted one wish, it would be: To get rid of PH so she can be here as long as her boyfriend and friends.

Character’s soft spot: Talking about PH sometimes.

Is this soft spot obvious to others? Most of the time, yes. Usually they'll just talk about it when she's not around. (Such as her immediate family and friends and boyfriend, not fans. She knows fans talk about her PH, but most of them tend not to bring it up if they have the chance to meet her). 

Past failures he/she would be embarrassed to have people know about: terrible things leaked onto the interwebs
Why? people wouldnt leave her alone at school or on the internet (people she didnt even know)

Character’s darkest secret: Lizzie keeps a journal of her deepest feelings, and she'll vent into the journal, whether it's writing poetry/song lyrics, or paragraphs of her feelings. At the "end" of my daydreams, (Meaning when I'm going to accept that I need to give it up for good and just quit my MD) she dies and her boyfriend finds the journal and can't refrain from reading it. He reads the ending, and there's a little note from Lizzie writing about how she knows the end is near, and how she dared not to tell anyone, especially Max. (Max is her boyfriend).

Does anyone else know? Not until her boyfriend writes a book about his journey with her and mentions it. (He writes a book after he comes as close as he can get to accepting the fact that his true love is gone, and he writes about how he met her, what he felt, how she changed him, how much he loved her and why, and how much he fell apart after her death).

Past

Hometown: Seashore, California. (Seashore is made up).

Type of childhood: Horrible. She loses 2 people 1o months apart due to Pulmonary Hypertension at ages 22 and 25, and she loses her aunt, whom she was very close to, and she loses many other family members. (She loses 6 people in 7 years). [In my real life, I've lost 6 people in 7 years].

Childhood hero: Max.

Dream job: Professional musician singer. (Which she has already accomplished).

Education: st lues catholic school. she goes to college but i havent named it

Current location: Seashore, CA

Currently living with: Mom, Dad, sister (Kaitlyn, age 8) and her 2 brothers. (Jason, age 23, and Michael, age 25).

Relationship with him: Close.

Siblings: Kaitlyn Scholtiisakk, 8 years old.

Relationship with them: Close. Lizzie tries to take care of Kaitlyn.

Favorites

Color: Black and purple.

Least favorite color: Pink!! D:

Music: Rock, Metal, (NOT screamo!) Goth, Alternative, Classical.

Food: PIZZA!

Mode of transportation: By car. (Max usually drives; She's too afraid of having a "PH attack" in the car. There have been times when she has had to pull over on the side of the road, and call Max to come and pick her up because she was too sick to drive).
Most prized possession: Max, LOL.

Habits

Hobbies:  Writing, singing, practicing music classes/exercises.

Plays a musical instrument? Vocal, a little bit of piano, a little bit of guitar, and clarinet in school band.

Extremely skilled at: Vocal and music!

Traits 

Optimist or pessimist? Optimist

Daredevil or cautious? When it comes to life and her well-being, then she's cautious. When it comes to music/being on stage with Max and her band, daredevil.

Logical or emotional? Both!

Confident or unsure of himself/herself? Usually pretty confident, but definitely modest. She's unsure of herself when it comes to PH.

Animal lover? Absolutely.

Self-perception 

How he/she feels about himself/herself: It's all a big mystery. She's still only 17, senior in high school, trying to find out who she is.

One word the character would use to describe self: She wouldn't be able to answer that one. She doesn't know.

Relationships with others

Opinion of other people in general: She loves meeting new people, and respects nearly everyone. She doesn't dislike someone unless they do her wrong.

Does the character hide his/her true opinions and emotions from others? Yes, but she tells her close friends.

Person character most hates: Macy. (A back-stabbing friend who decieved her. She turned into a total whore and left Lizzie and her group of friends.

Best friend(s):

-Tiffany Leroy: Orange, thick curly hair. NOT a Goth. Total skater, and looks like a Barbie doll I used to have. LOL. She's skinny, tall, and she always looks like a model. She wears loads of makeup, (But doesn't look like a clown) and she takes care of Lizzie and her other friends. Her and Lizzie have a special relationship. Lizzie's closer to Tiffany than to all of her other friends. Tiffany remains on the look out for Lizzie, and is always over her house. They're always spending time together. (This is like a true friend I have in real life. Her name is Erica, and she and I are super close. We tell each other everything and we have the best times. Lizzie loves and cares about Tiffany like I do for Erica ^^).

-Emily: A TOTAL prep. (Not a Goth. xD) She's not the brightest person in the world, and she is NEVER seen without wearing pink. She is a blonde, and she's actually a stereotypical blonde girl; real stupid, naive, peppy, and emotional.

-Veronica: OH, GOD. Veronica is quite the character. She's a Goth, but not part of Lizzie's band. She has a tongue piercing, (ew) and a nose piercing. She is so vulgar, and she's so outgoing. She is not afraid to tell you what she thinks of you, and she definitely speaks her mind. She has green, purple, red, and white streaks in her long black hair, and she is never seen without wearing black. She is obnoxious, but loves her friends and can really be there if you really needed her.

-Valorie: Goth. Black hair, nose piercing, lip piercing. White, purple, green, pink, blue streaks in her long, straight black hair. She's really quiet and seriously hard-headed. You rarely see her smile. She is really quiet, but is NOT shy. She just doesn't say much, is all. She has a hard time opening up to people, even her close friends.

Love interest(s): Max Pieczonka. (peek-zonk-ah) He is a Goth, and the pianist in their band, Reality vs. Fantasy. He loves the same music as Lizzie, and they have nearly every single thing in common. They see eye-to-eye on nearly everything, and her constantly tells her, "There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you." He takes great care of her, and he's never even asked her for anything sexual! He's so unlike other guys, and he's so sweet to her. He is a real hard-on guy. Strangers tend to fear him, and he looks like he glares at everyone. He rarely shows any emotion to anyone. (Except Lizzie. He's most soft when he's around Elizabeth, and that's it. He doesn't even show much emotion to his friend, Spencer. Or his own family. Not even his fans. He seems kind of cocky to most strangers and fans, but in reality, he's just confident. He loves Lizzie with a passion, and he is engaged to her. He knows Lizzie is fatally sick from PH, and he is ALWAYS at her side. Holding her hand while she lies in the hospital bed, caressing her arms and stomach when she is lying with him on the couch with her oxygen tank, and he drives her places when she's too sick to drive. He's always telling her that he loves her. He is also 17, and his birthday is February 31st. He is bi-polar, but he takes medication, so he doesn't have "out-rages" as much as he should. When he does go into an "out-rage," he is really dangerous. The only person who knows how to successfully calm him down is Lizzie. No one even dares to go near him when he gets heated. When this happens, he only lets Lizzie in, no one else.

He loves Lizzie so much that he even signed a contract to go through a surgery where he gives up both his lungs AND his heart to her if there is no possible way she can get a transplant. Basically, he would die for her. He wants her to live, and he cares about her more than himself. He is so self-less when it comes to her.

Person character goes to for advice:Max nearly 100% of the time.

Person character feels responsible for or takes care of: Emily and Kaitlyn.

Person character openly admires: Max! And Tiffany. :-)
