I have just found out after years of searching and asking for help that the problem I have has a name i.e. MD. Where can I get a link to Dr. Schupak's survey so that I can start to get help

Hi, Trish. Her survey is by email. You can always email her at schupak@aol.com. She's not accepting new participants now, but she may need you for follow-up surveys. As for help...........well since this is so new, it's up to us to figure out what helps and report on it to each other. We can find the answers & educate people. :)
