Does Anyone Else Have This Compulsive Behaviour?

I'm not sure if I can articulate exactly what this is, but I figured there might be a chance someone out there has it.

Basically, whenever something good or exciting in happening in my real life, I feel the need to "record" it somehow. To keep that memory safe so that other people can see it. I'll usually clap my hands when something interesting is happening that I want to "record". It's this weird compulsive thing that I do and when I was younger, I'd even do it public. Until people started noticing and I'd get embarrassed. So recently, if I'm in public, I'll flick my thumb instead, because it's much more discrete than full on clapping.

I understand if what I just described makes no sense and you all think I'm insane. But can anyone relate to other compulsive behaviours like this? I strongly feel it's stemming from the MD in some way.

Haha, Roger :P Very, true. I was just wondering if there was any link between the two. Thanks for the comments anyways!
