Do you DD about regular scenarios?

So, I just read a few comments about what some of yall DD of, and a lot are very crazy scenarios. I was just wondering, does anyone DD about just, sort of normal things?

I tend to DD daily things, it can be a bit annoying as it's boring but I can't stop doing it.

Most of my dd are real scenarios...just optimal versions of my life.  I replay a lot of them, especially when I come up with funnier versions of something I should have said in real life...or the things I would say if I didn't care what people thought...of course, the people in my DD think I'm really funny and listen to me, and we have great conversations.  Mostly, it is work related.  I also incorporate DD in my real activities, such as weight training or running, where I'm having conversations with the DD version of people I know.  It gives me an opportunity to think about things, work stuff out...sometimes the stuff I come up with, I end up using in real life.  Like what I want to say to my boss or coworkers, I might eventually say to them.

I mentioned in another thread that I often dd about going back to college. Just wandering the halls, class debates, embarrassing the teacher by proving them wrong LOL.

I dd about encounters with people who have hurt me and telling them off or hurting them back. ( in real life I would'nt do these things )

I daydream about how my garden might look a couple of years from now and special plants I'd like to aquire.

 Art. many normal things.

I also have a problem with "playback". If I have a real conversation with someone or a real event in a day, I play it back in mind over and over. This has resulted in being phobic of the telephone because it takes up so much of my time replaying the conversation in my mind.
