My trigger is the music and the video games (but the second is less important) but read a book... really get me anxious.

Yes!  Just reading words can trigger daydreams.  If I am already in my daydream state, then reading is practically impossible.  I can't take in anything that I was reading.  Made college very interesting as you can imagine.

When I read text books my mind wanders. I find annotating helps a lot. Annotating is when you underline, highlight, write notes in the text, etc. At the end of each paragraph, I stop and review what I read and give myself time to ruminate on the ideas. It helps a lot!

Yes thats is happent to me... god is really difficult to talk about that (for private reasons) but is nice to know what is the feeling of that

Yeah, it's really difficult for me to read.  I constantly want to daydream and forget everything I read the instant I read it.  I can't remember anything, making it really hard to follow any book.
