"Because I talked with religious psychology and asking God for help is one of the solutions to help you get better."
People often try to substitute clinical mental treatment with G-d, mostly because it's advertised as an easy/"right" way out and requires no serious financial investment. I see it as especially problematic in correlation with Maladaptive Daydreaming. After all, you're already engrossed in the world and characters that aren't real. There's an underlying issue that needs professional attention, so adding your imaginative version of G-d on top of all that is akin to putting out fire with gasoline from your mental health's point of view.
Have you tried reaching out to an actual psychologist? What made you turn to a religious psychologist, if you don't mind me asking?
