Well I've noticed more and more that my MDing is getting pretty bad when i'm driving. I catch myself talking to myself and making facial expression. I'm so embarrassed that other drivers will see me. When I think of people finding out that there is something seriously wrong with me, I get really sad and feel rejected. And of course that makes me want to excape to my dds. I know I should stop listening to music while driving, it is a big trigger. Does anyone have any other suggestions? …
