Do any of you pace back to you forth when you daydream. I can't help it. I imagine people that I know as well

8 hours plus a day

Hi has anyone on here had a daydream that has lasted more then 8 hours? I feel like im wasting my days away now that I have started work I have realized I'm doing it there too. I NEED help! I'm despite!
