- I have both depression and anxiety, they're by product of MDD. I came across this few weeks backs while trying to figure out my problem. It limits my productivity. I'm a prisoner in my own mind. I want get rid of it and move on. I want to start afresh. Any inputs or advice towards cure is appreciated. Like to discuss more about this, i guess this one way to free from mdd. Thank you for replying.
