Hi there!  I know what you mean by it feeling like a tv going on in your head.  That's what it feels like for me, too.  It's to the point where I don't think my brain knows how to focus at all.  Even when I'm not in my daydream world per se, I just want to watch TV and stare into space.  I don't even like TV most of the time.  I just don't know how to focus enough to read books and stuff.  

Thanks for all the nice things you said about my videos.  I always feel self-conscious, but I know there are others out there, and I really want to reach them, so they know they're not alone.
