Hi! I just read your discussion on lucid dreams and found that very interesting. I would have replied there, but I didn't want to go around reviving old topics older than 1 month. Anyway, I experience this a lot, but I don't meet all the criteria that you described. I simply have to wake myself up really early, like 4am, stay up about 3 hours, and the next time I fall asleep, it's an incredibly slow process. It's extremely fun when I'm falling asleep in the middle of daydreaming, and soon enough I'm just dreaming. I tend to lose control of the events that occur, but I can still watch and feel as if it's all real. Now and then, they turn into nightmares, and it's really hard to make my body wake up. It's like my mind is trapped. xD
