Hello (dinahgarang@gmail.com)

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your brief profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site, Could you please get back to me on this email address(dinahgarang@gmail.com) for the full details,

Have a nice day

Thanks God bless
Best regard
Miss Dinah.

I don't think it's dangerous per se unless you're not paying attention to your environment & accidentally do something dangerous.  I've been daydreaming and almost stepped out into traffic before, so that's not good.  Thinking is initially a good thing.  There are many positive and negative things about it.  Daydreaming is good, but too much of anything can have drawbacks.  I've been doing it beyond a healthy amount for most of my life, and it's caused me some severe problems.  It can make it harder to maintain relationships and to concentrate on outside stimuli like books and learning.  This doesn't mean you have to stop, but you owe it to yourself not to get lost in it too much.  Get out of your head and remind yourself what you like about the outer world now & then, ok?  You want this to remain something positive in your life.
