"me too specially the action movies that's why i stopped watching movies to be honest i slips from time to time but i try to abstain from it completely as much as possible specially the latest movies ethically is getting worse over time"

i tried to focus on something creative and stay away from triggers every MD has a triggers if you identified it you can control it to a degree.

Hello,I am Amy. I am a Christian struggling with MD. I feel so much guld after a couple of hours doing day dreaming. When I was younger and felt asleep after daydreaming I get attack by demons in my dreams... The attack only stops efter praying and opening my eys. This is really hard its really bad.. the problem is I forget the next day the Warning, I just feel the temptation coming in the morning and cant Encore it....Are there more Christians here struggling here and how???See More
