You mean in comments? This site has lots of features. There's also chat, messaging, forums, blogs, etc. All sites take some getting used to, but it can be rewarding interacting with other daydreamers. If you read over some of the posts, you might see a lot of interesting stories. You might relate. It's also a good place to let off some steam in a place that's already familiar with this kind of thing. It's up to you how you use it, as little or much as you want. Some people just like to hang out and read.
No, it's ok. I agree. Let's change the attitudes. We can do it a lot better if we all speak up together. It's easy to ignore one person, but it's a lot harder to ignore us all together. My doc (who knew me for less than an hour and had never seen this site) said this site was a bad idea. I'm so tired of the attitudes and am ready to help change them. Let me know if there's anything I can help with, ok? Even if I'm not on the site per se, I'm often on my computer.
I'm leaning away from the term "disorder" in general as well. Either way, regardless of what we call it, we need to understand it though. If calling it a disorder gets it attention, then fine. We can keep working on attitudes about it as well. I just want people to understand it and know about it. I want doctors to know about it, so when people come to them for help, they'll be familiar with it. I'm getting pretty fed up with the stigma around psychology too. We're not diseased or defective. In fact, if we can really learn to manage this, it may be seen as just a gift. Let's all keep working on that together. :)

"Hi, Just did a search based on age because of all the new members and am sending a "hello!" off to people in the old as dirt (like me!) crowd.
