Where wild minds come to rest

Hi, I know the title is confusing, but I hope some of you guys can relate.

I'm in sophomore year of high school, and last year I saw a really pretty boy walking down the hallways. Ever since then, I've lowkey been using this boy's image, and I gave him a perfect personality, the best talents, and lowkey made him my boyfriendndnd???? (hahaha cringe sorry)

I've been trying to stop daydreaming about this boy, because I think he's caught me staring at him (which I do so I can memorize his face so I can see him clearer in my daydreams), and I'm starting to feel creepy for creating an entire lifeline with him in my mind.

But now the year is coming to an end, and the boy will graduate. Now my fears are that he will leave, and will never have been part of my life again, but I will continue to daydream about him!

Has anyone else created a personality for someone and lowkey dated them in their minds??

Hey I can totally relate I used a girl that was in my Class. I barely talked to her but used her as the image for a girlfriend in my head. When I moved to another country I simply changed girls because the face doesn't actually matter but what they représente. Try talking to the guy I assure you that feeling real life emotions is better than daydream emotions whether the emotion is good or bad.

Its good to hear I'm not alone! although I would never talk to him (out of my league xD) i will still try and focus my energy on something other than him.
