Maladaptive Daydreaming: where wild minds come to rest
I don't want to jump to conclusions and think that most people with MD are totally introverted like I am. So I'm curious to know what your personality type is. Apparently, I'm an INTP, but I can't say that I love mathematics. The part about me venturing deep down into thought as to seem detached is the most accurate, and I suppose I'm very analytical and sensitive when it comes to certain things. The test is long; maybe you know a better one, or you can just tell what personality type you are by looking.

INFP, Enneagram 4w5. I typically get like 5% sensing or something but it doesn't fit me at all. Depends on the questions asked often as well. Some tests pick up on my intuition. I'm an INFP to boot though and I knew there'd be a ton of us here. There's nothing on this earth like an INFP's imagination. Also we tend to be rather prone to depression and similar issues lol.
I like these sciencey(At least as much as we understand the brain) personality tests. I took an official one back in college (20+ years ago, I've been MD since childhood) and I was INTP... seems now:
Introverted (I) 58.06% Extroverted (E) 41.94%
Intuitive (N) 63.41% Sensing (S) 36.59%
Thinking (T) 78.13% Feeling (F) 21.88%
Judging (J) 60% Perceiving (P) 40%
Your type is: INTJ
Enneagram
Type 5 and Type 2 are tied for the top more or less.
I guess as I gained more knowledge I feel more confident in Judging new knowledge, but I was always on the border.
