Would it be accurate to define this disorder as mostly a social disorder? What other social disorders out there exist where a person is not delusional? Is social anxiety the only one?

What???? I'm legally mentally ill in the USA. Cannot be social. Go to the grocery store only when necessary. Don't trust adults. Kids are ok. Dogs r fine. Cats better
