Recently I started taking a sublingual Vitamin B12 (also has B6 in it) and I've noticed that my daydreaming is less and I feel like a fog is lifted. On the downside, I seem to be depressed. I lost my husband a little over a year ago and I feel like its just now hitting me. Anybody else had any experience with B12 and daydreaming.
Thank you Annette. I didn't notice any difference when I was taking the regular dose pill form. The sublingual, I'm told, absorb better and plus its a high dose. I thought that might make a difference but I'm not so sure that's it now that I think about it. I also started meditating again about the same time so that might be it.
