Questionnaire about Maladaptive Daydreaming

Hi everyone!

For my last year of school, I have to write a profile exam of a subject of choice. As a maladaptive daydreamer myself, I wanted to gather more information about this and be of value in the investigations about MD. It would really help if some of you would be willing to fill in this questionnaire. There are some open questions as well where you have all the space to describe what MD feels like to you and how it affects your life.
