Please read old posts before starting a new thread

There 211 discussion threads while I am writing this post. Most of them have lot of overlaps in their content. So,people creating new threads should look into older posts also. Otherwise lot may have already been discussed about the new thread started and may go waste.  New users also may ignore them because of so many new threads and may not want to go through so many older posts.
