Has anyone found medications that help with maladaptive daydreaming?

Has anyone tried celexa?

I believe Dr. Cynthia Schupak said that one person found Fluvoxamine to be helpful, and I think I remember reading a couple of people say that they found antidepressants helpful.  No medications have worked for me, though, but they don't tend to help with my psychological issues.

I have and it did nothing to help or stop my daydreaming, i was on it for 3 years.

I'm on it but different brand name  , it helped a lot with my depression that resulted from dding but didn't help with DD .

I think DD need behavioral therapy with patience . Good Luck
