My MD always runs out of control when I have a lot of free time (mostly during my weekends) this can be very frustrating because I'm unable to use my free time to get some rest or get some to-do's done. I was wondering if I'm alone in this cause I can't find antyhing on the web. Anyone else got same issue?

I get that. I try hard to to plan to do anything on the weekends because I know I will spend the whole time daydreaming and not being productive.

You're definitely not alone on this, as it happens to me as well.

I find that when my life is busy, especially with social activities, I don't MD nearly as much, constraints in time taken into account.

But when my calendar is blank, I can sometimes get on such a roll that I end up missing days as they pass by.  I'm left stunned when I looked at my calendar and realize 3 days have past and I have that appointment or activity the very next day which had seemed so far away when I started MDing on Friday night.  It really does rip me away from my life.  Like an escape or an abduction, I haven't yet decided, lol.

When I have nothing to do, thoughts creep into my head and I DD. The more time I spent sitting idle, the more likely I start to DD.
