Hello everyone !

I have always cope with loneliness “ thanks” to my MD. I have found sooo much joy in daydreaming since I was around 10. Lately (I’m 27 now), even when I don’t feel like it, i daydream, it’s become such a part of my day to day life -I do it alone, with music and act my daydreams (lol)- I must do It, not a single day or sometimes even a couple of hours can pass without me creating this fantasy world in my head.

Im at a point where I know I must stop if i want to live an *actual* fulfilling real life. Have any of you truly overcome this ?

Yes I have, with a lot of self-help. Please see a psychotherapist, they deal with daydreamers. It's never too late to change your life habits to make for a better real life.

How did you get on with people while you were doing MD? What were their reactions? When you awoke from MD, did occurrences in the past between you and other people become even more clear to you? While I was doing MDD, everyone found me unresponsive, deaf and far away. I find when you live in your head, you don't care about your surrounding environment.
