I only recently found out about this, I've been having daydreams for well, as long as i can remember, and when daydreaming I cry, talk, laugh and rock back and fourth, I just thought I was abnormal until I found that there was others out there with this 'problem'. Has anyone found or seem to know any ways in which calming it down? Its a massive distraction to my daily life.
I also found out just recently, so hello fellow newcomer.
There is a whole thread on here with "what helps". Considering the crying, talking etc, a lot of people on that thread say that being in public helps, because even if you daydream you don't move or talk that much than when you are alone.
