Where wild minds come to rest
I just sent you a friend invite with my email.
I too have a story that is about 20 years old and I am determined to get it down on paper. The thing keeps changing and I had a major POV shift. I feel I want to get it down before it changes again which is only a matter of time.
I think this is a great idea and I would love to help out. I am trying to develop my skills in writing and drawing to eventually be able to create a graphic novel. I'm writing for myself only and have no real intention of publishing but I want to do it justice. I've spent enough time in development mode.
I've contented myself with research in the past so I have plenty of that to base from.
So let's get started. I feel I can give at least 15 minutes a day.
Great Idea!! I would like to join too.
I'm looking forward to getting started with this with you all, I've been in writer groups before but not for those who have or likely have MDD and I just couldn't quite pinpoint my story in the way other writers could. So they raced ahead of me while I was still trying to work out if my story even had a beginning a middle or an end. The challenge is bringing it all together. It will be interesting to see how other like me handle this, if we face similar challenges or if we each bring our own unique obstacles.
There feels like so much that I need to omit and it will be hard to pinpoint in a writerly way what the main thread of the story is.
The challenge is bringing it all together and I look forward to trying to achieve this with like minded people.
