Instead of fighting this I want to use this to my own advantage!!!!!!

    I started experiencing MD from an early age, I can't even remember when. Over these years I think it had both advantages and disadvantages. For instance I never get bored I always have something to think about but as you all know its time consuming and after a while you stop paying attention to your surroundings. Anyway I tried different ways to fight this but lately I've been using that to my own advantage.I'll tell you how. Music is a trigger for me so every time that I want to start a task I find a music related to that task but instead of day dreaming  I immediately start working and I repeat that music over and over maybe for hours, until I finish the task.It really helps me to focus.

To show you how it works let me give you an example. I watched the movie 'King's Speech' a while ago  and I thought the main character of the movie, the king , was so inspiring. This movie was a trigger to me. At that time I was dealing with this project that somehow seemed so challenging, each time I wanted to start working on the project I would listen to the soundtrack of the movie over and over. Because it reminded me of the main character and it had a positive influence on me.

Another technique that I use is that  before staring a task I visualize it with all the details. This really increases your speed because once you start the task it seems that you're doing it for the second time. It really helps.
