Hi! frends i start with a incident that occured I droped my wallet on a road not so busy  , it was cotaining one third of my pocketmoney and my atm card nd other documents. when i came back to find it i cheaked 

on road but not properly because it was already in my mind that i am not going to find it again. 

This was not so serious but serious one i am going tell you now some days before when i was crossing a 

railwayline alarms were there 50  people waiting to cross it . but my mind took it carelessly and if train will come it give horn so no horn no train i crossed line just i crossed train pass there was only a second people were shouting previously but i took them carelessly . so that was the story . I am having my examination and i am dreaming in my examination too. its growing day by day .what to do can't decide.

please suggest some good mesures.

What I would do is to make the habit of drawing or somehow just get your dreams onto paper. It helps so much with controlling random outbursts, making your dream make sense, and plus it funnels it into something creative! I've been drawing out my dreams onto paper for over ten years, and I can say I rarely ever daydream anymore; but I do have mountains of drawings and notes in my room. (I posted some in the photos section of this site).

This is what the Lord of the Rings creator, J.R.R. Tolkien did for 40 years, he channeled his entire universe into that book series, making him one of the most famous authors of all time.
