Daydreaming depends on my moods and my moods depend very much on my hormones, my nutrition and whether I do sports or not.

I take thyroxine because my thyroid gland is too small, and progesterone, which I get from my gynecologist. Without one of these I get a depression. I've tried several times without progesterone, but after a few weeks I'm really depressed. I don't feel any side-effects, so I'll continue to take it.

In addition I take ferrum, fish oil, magnesium and vitamin D. They help me as well, but I don't need them so urgently as the hormones. I don't eat meat, but fish every few days.

On top of this I do step-aerobic three times a week. After this I'm really in a high.

Have you experienced similar or different effects?

I get a step-teller from my job as we started a chalange to take 10 000 steps a day for 40 days I think. (Not directely job related just something we could do if we wanted, for fun).

So I just walking more than I used to and it help for the mood.

But soon pollen is starting and that make me depresed as I'm allergic, medecines helps but I have to sleep much more than on the rest of the year.

And yes when I'm tired or depressed I DD. Also when I do not have enought sleep.
