I've been using mood charting over the last three weeks.  Besides charting your mood and how well you coped, you can personalized your stay well strategies, triggers and symptoms. I list daydreaming as a 'Stay Well' strategy.  It is not a trigger, and I guess excessive (what ever that is) and not being able to tell reality from a dream. 

 

I'm still charting because  want to know if daydreaming helps be stay well.
