Concurrent disorders

I have had MD for decades and have only recently become aware that it's a diagnosis (pending within the psychiatric community)

I have also been diagnosed with ADD, OCD, depression with psychosis, schizo-affective disorder and have drunk alcoholically for much of my life. I have experienced full blown psychosis (of ideation) on a few occasions.

These conditions may be related, but ever since I can remember, compulsive daydreaming has always been at  the centre of my life.

Has anyone else been diagnosed with conditions related or concurrent with MD? Of what severity were they?
