2020, back after 17 years since 2013. Just realize that MD still haunting me. Anyone here with long period of time.

Yeah. I was doing MD for 15-20 years, and now I regret it. I am haunted to have committed to such an act. It was like a drug addiction. I couldn't get enough and it used to make me happy. Then it practically ruined my life. I was so shocked. Now I have problems seeking much better employment, even returning to college. MD has also effected my head health, so it's not as strong and sharp as it used to be.
