I was just thinking that academia may be a good avenue for many of us. I am assuming a lot of common traits I’ve seen over and over. Many of us are quite introverted, some have social anxiety and…Continue

Has anyone managed to master any hobbies? I have tried to master the guitar but I really don’t practise enough. Of course it’s fun to pretend you are performing in a band but it’s quite another thing…Continue

A few weeks a young lady made comments about me that really hurt me and are the main reason I think I started daydreaming in the first place.
She says “we (her and the other three girls) are sometimes excited, we get angry we get irritable but you…you are always (she tries to find the right words…moving her hand horizontally across the air like a flat plane), you are always neutral.” She explains what she means. Throughout this I want to start crying. I know what…

One of my daydreams involved me dancing at a party with friends. So I would have earphones in and loud music playing and I would switch off the lights in my bedroom and essentially enter into another world. Usually a party or music festival. Except one. FOCUS. Introverts and aspies are often described as having intense focus and incredible attention to detail. Actually,…

Hello! I hope you didn't find it harassing for me to comment here after you commented on my blog. :P I just know that not everyone checks back on those things (I get the email updates so it's easier for me). Sorry that your procrastination is what's stopping you now. :/ I can't imagine procrastinating without daydreaming. Well, that's not true. I used to spend a lot of time on Tumblr, especially if I had something else to be doing.
I keep hearing about this band Bastille!! I need to look them up. I've had daydreams centered on band members. I used to have one with me and Dave Grohl. Now, me and Dave are kind of "background characters", while mine and Dave's children are the main characters, all grown up.
I do have a youtube channel where I share all my little creative videos. It'd be cool if that could turn into a big thing for me. :) I see how well it works out for other people.
Hi, just wondering how things were going with you. I'm not sure if you saw my comment on my blog in response to you. Have you been successful in keeping your triggers to a minimum?
Welcome! Thanks for joining!
