Thanks for the welcome! I have to admit I was super stoked when I recognized your name. Your name came up in my first couple of attempts digging about this MD stuff. It's like meeting someone who is just like you when you thought you were alone. I'm just blown away by this whole website. I just discovered MD two days ago..

Thank you for the welcome. I am very happy to have stumbled upon this group and no doubt will be reading for hours now.  

I also found out about MD just recently, it was actually really emotional for me because I really truly believed I was all alone with this, I'm 32 this year and have had this since I was 4 or 5. Never slowed down never tried to stop. Wasn't until recently when I decided to google "constantly daydreaming" on my phone that I found out there are others out there, and that they're trying to stop. That not only is this a real condition, but it's an addiction and I've been regularly smoking this crack since I was a kid!!  My dreams are very intense, I've hidden my whole life and beaten myself down with shame. It took me time to emotionally recover after finding out there were others, and reading what other people say let's me know you people are like me, Annie L. is pretty much speaking for me! Ok, stopping the run on paragraph.....now! thanks again!

Thanks for the welcome. I have recently found a number of sites, including this one,  that explain that others have similar issues to me. I've had long running day dreams all my life (i'm 57) and now I know what MDD is it's has helped me deal with it.
