I just have to ask ... how in the world did you summon up the courage to be the trail blazer for this? It looks as if you are only a little bit younger than myself, but I'm certain you remember how things were in the 80's ... being different was considered cool, but certain things (such as "head in the clouds space cadet" syndrome) were never considered cool. You learned very early on to not discuss it with your family or friends ... How in the world did you find that bravery? You even have YT videos on the subject. Will you continue making those videos? Forty long, long years ... and you are open about it. WOW. I know it sounds a little corny, but I think this would qualify you as being a hero in this sense.
Hello Cordellia! Thank you so much for the approval, I really hope to understand or even find a solution for my problem here. Just like you, I thought I was alone during all those years, it will be great to be a part of the forum!

I'd like to respond but since I think it could help everyone, I decided to blog my answer (soon). So far, your site has been quite an outlet and apparently I write like crazy and feel the need to apologize for the mere size of my pieces, although it's not really needed. But I cannot dose my writings like you cannot dose your daydreaming. It's the same.
Thanks Cordellia. This website is much appreciated. Not sure how bad my own case is. But I'm curious why you cannot stand people: are they too boring?
If I look back on school, it's important for me to realize that I was put in class with many people that were interested in things I did not care about at all, such as drinking and dancing in the disco. This alienated me, my worst experience was being in that disco...horrible.
Partially it was a matter of finding like-minded people later in life, took a very long time. But it is important when connecting with somebody to let go of value judgments which is extremely hard if you loath some the things somebody loves or disapprove of lifestyle. I do like to psycho analyse other people...even when I hate them. They don't bore me unless they say nothing (or virtually nothing).
For me it's like I'm growing more tolerant and interested in others but still the majority of people is extremely judgmental and women just disqualify me as a potential mate as soon as a hint of social awkwardness is discovered. It doesn't seem fair.

"Thanks! It is nice to finally have a name to the disorder that I have kept secret for 10 years. I am 24 now."
