Hi kalliope I am new here. I mistakenly deleted your comment. Sorry for that. But your comment made me feel there's someone in this world that cares about my daydream disorders. TYSM for that. Well i ve tried many things but what helps the most is meditations. I recommed you to try it. Practice yoga meditation & physical exercise everyday. It will help a lot. & What about u. What u daydream about and what have u tried.
The method of meditation they were teaching u was wrong for u. For people like us the best meditation is to sit close eyes take deep breaths and with each breath count downwards from 50. Then just sit and watch ur thoughts. Don't try to think anything. Just watch as thoughts come & go. Try this. It will be worth it. And keep shining and rocking . Best of luck

I remember I have had an incredibly hard time meditating. I got basically thrown out of meditation class for being a try-hard and not understanding at all (I'm showing you the moon, and all you look at is my finger, and say Oooh! - she said). Soooo, yeah. Gotta 'try some more' ;-)
