I hope this never happens to me or anyone I know

I truly hope that I or anyone else on this site will not wake up someday years later and not know the difference between what's real and what's not!

God I'm so scared of that happening. I can tell the difference fine, but I still get scared when I go so deep into a daydream that for a few minutes I'm 100% unaware of the real world or when, like Jennifer said, I tell a story or something and then remember it didn't happen in the real world, just in my daydreams.

That's very scary! I don't think that will happen though because I have important thing in my real life

I think us daydreamers out there for the most part can differentiate between fact or fiction, but I'm just hoping that it will stay that way and that we won't get old and end up not knowing which is which.

I hope so, too. It doesn't seem possible (To me, at least) for our MD to get that bad, but then I remembered how I was about to tell my friend something funny that happened, and then I remembered that it only happened in my daydreams. Whoops. :/ It has only happened like that a few times, but I sure hope it doesn't progress!

I can still tell the difference between reality and daydreaming, thank goodness.
