I made a plan to stop daydreaming all together once school started this fall. I was going to focus on my education and get a job. My plan was a complete fail. I've been pretty stressed out since summer ended and now I'm daydreaming even more. Daydreaming wouldn't be so bad if it didn't use up all my free time and get in the way of my responsibilities. I just feel so bummed out at this point.

My first thought was with ANYTHING to never stop cold turkey. I love the suggestion of designated times. Someone else mentioned in a comment elsewhere she would go to bed early so she could day dream for a period of time and not go to sleep too late. Something like that. You know you have that window to look forward to. And it shouldn't interfere with anything else you have scheduled. Best of luck to you. X
