Books on MD?

I've looked around but alas, no dice.

Does  anyone know of  books that cover MD/CF in whole or part? can be clinical, biography or fiction.

Seeing as it's not officially recognised, I highly doubt there's any mention of it in a published book. I think all there is is Cynthia Schupak's study on it, and Eli Somers earlier one.
