Anyone ever daydream alot about romance?

That's my biggest genre of daydreams! I enjoy imaging characters in different scenarios tangle in the web of romance, it's half and half between myself whos in a love story, or just random characters i have created. Only issue holds, for relationships, i can't allow myself to be falling in love with somebody in my head, i want a real loving man. It can be quite entrancing, and luxuriously soothing, and yet makes me feel abit un at ease by the trap it can hold. Anyone else experience this?

As i have read over each of your posts, i can relate to most of you dearly. The moral of all of this is, we have to try and make sure our daydreams don't flood our reality, and cause our true life passions to be bogged down from dreams, dreams are sadly just dreams, and reality is the Real thing. I too have such daydreams often. I feel like being in love with someone i have not spoken to. But yeah it becomes a trap. For me i feel i am in love with the real person but it is actually the imagined person and feel the urge to do something about it. But it is foolish to do anything about it. It is just fantasy. But the daydreaming has been so much that it is so hard to get the girl out of my head.

Yep, romance is the main theme of my daydreams. I research about what it feels like to fall in love, how to confess to someone, kissing, foreplay, sex, etc. I've never experienced any of that, nor do I want to right now, but it's a whole lot of fun to imagine my characters experiencing love for some reason. As I said in one of my own blogs, I even write love letters addressed from my characters to each other. xD

I have lots of romance dd's but I hate to read romance novels or watch romantic type movies, which is kind of weird. I'd advise you to keep that rule about not falling in love with a dd character as it seems to have "spoiled" me from real life romance. Just like anything else, nothing is as good as fantasy. My only hope is to meet someone that throws me off guard so much that I don't have a chance to decide he's not what I'm looking for. Then I'd try not to dd about the real guy so he didn't disapoint me in real life...ugh poor guy!

Romance is everything (practically) for me.  I wish I could say I ventured into more creative areas, but after a few brief flings with other themes, I'm right back to romance.

Whether we want to admit it or not, I'm sure that most women daydream about romance, or have dreamed about romance at some point. It's like your own soap opera, the richer the scenario, the more fun XD

 

Everybody has felt lonely at times, and we use romantic daydreaming to both compensate for that feeling and to better educate ourselves as to what type of person we're looking for.

 

Just keep living your life and try to meet new people. Eventually you'll meet "the one".

Always have the romance in my daydreams <3 I'm never single in my daydreams. Out here in the real world, It's the complete opposite. I'm an extremely lonely and introverted person with little friends and no relationships whatsoever. I had one boyfriend in high school but that was just ridiculous so I don't really count it. So technically I've been single my whole life and that definitely reflects my DD's in an extraordinary way. I also want that real loving man so many of us have yet to find.
