Dear reader,

I propose a challenge that I'm going to do. I can't say for sure that it will stop me or you from daydreaming and truly beat MD but I'm going to give it a go anyway and hope that it works. Personally, I think the biggest problem with MD is that it ruins and gets in the way of my real life, but I feel like my daydreams are a direct reflection of what I truly want.

So, here's a challenge I propose: for 30 days give 1 hour or even 10 mins at the same time every day to achieving something in your daydreams. For example, in my dreams I'm this really cool badass chick that is amazing at karate and has a great toned body (kind of like Kim Possible), so one thing I'm planing on doing is learning karate or working out. I know some dreams are harder to achieve. For example, romantic dreams when you have a partner or someone you have a relationship with so maybe spend an hour each day on dating apps or do something similar. Unless your daydreams are dangerous or involve committing crimes, it's worth it to give this challenge a go.

Even though I excessively daydream, the concept is no different from anyone else's. You daydream about what you want, so try your best to make it happen. I'll come back to this post after my 30 days if I complete the challenge

Best regards,

Writer

I think that this sounds like a great idea! I will definitely try this.
