This is an example of what I do, this is my main dd character, Evelyn. I only do headshots and it has actually helped me to not only visualise better in my daydreams, but it keeps them somewhat under control by bringing a large part of my daydreaming as much into reality as she can be brought. It’s a fun way to reign in my daydreaming while still being able to do it if that makes sense? I’m helping myself by still allowing myself to daydream as I’m drawing but bringing large parts of my daydream into reality by creating art out of them.
