Ever since i was a little tot, i get nauseous whenever i attend social events. Even when i know I'll have a good time, I'll sometimes feel like i am going to be sick, and it's really difficult. It's embarrassing ontop of that! It's brutal whenever i am nervous about something stressful.Anybody have any ides how to help cope with this? Thank you so much!

Not sure about nausea per se, but I get this dry heaving/retching sensation. I used to use cough drops, since I also have allergies, maybe they are triggered by anxiety somehow.
