Do people most people with MD have speech problems in the form of studdering or mispronouncing words?

I've have these speech problems and I believe it has something to do with how inflamed or swollen my tongue is.  I take pills with magnesium and vitamins C-D to relieve the inflammation and it usually helps a lot.  I think the cause is do too stress being caused by  my MD.

I know that when I get nervous when I speak, so I automatically stutter. :/ Not really badly though, thank god.

Yeah, but I think it's more that I'm just a lazy speaker than anything MD related :) Also I have a lot of bad habits like phrasing things like Yoda or being accidentally Victorian England-y in my speaking or just inventing words on the spot when I can't find one to fit what I'm trying to say

I don't have a speech problem, but I do mispronounce words. Like "pellow" instead of pillow, "onry" instead of ornery, etc. No matter how many times someone pronounces them for me, just can't get it right! "Guy-ro" instead of gyro.

I have speech problems.  People often don't understand me.  I'll talk about something, and then when I'm done, my friend will say the exact same thing like he never heard me say it.  It drives me nuts.  Often, people just look at me funny when I speak.  They also just ignore me and smile and nod.

I guess, these are two different things. I don't have speech problems as you described them. My speech problem is, that I am shy and have problems speaking to people I don't know well, or to groups of people.
