It seems i have been searching for the name of this disorder for years. Since i was 6 i have had trouble letting go of daydreams and whatnot. Now, as a teenager, i find myself spending more than half my day doing it. I hate it and i need to stop because its getting in my way of normal things, like doing the dishes and homework.
