Daydreaming and Procrastinating

I've recently been looking into other mental disorders and the very similar effects some have compared with MD's symptoms. For example, the general symptoms of ADHD match up very well with the most commonly reported symptoms reported of MD, such as procrastinating, habitual daydreaming (obviously), poor focusing ability, etc. I'm just curious as to what you all feel about the similarities among disorders, what might influence those, individual experiences/diagnoses. See More

I recently moved towns and have been much happier, and understandably, I haven't been daydreaming nearly as much. Especially over quarantine, it seemed I would daydream for at least half of my day, and for the past month it's been hardly noticeable throughout my day.
