i have no done meditation since last time i commented on your wall ,,,,so i will do it today

well i am trying to do meditation daily but now i have exams ,,,,,,,,,,,dont know till what time i  can keep this up,,,,nothing i have studied till now ,,,so a bit of scared too,,,,but lets see what to do and what to not

i have already started meditation yesterday,,,,, for about half an hour i did meditation ,,,,,i feel it is kind of working every thing become so came when u do meditation ,,,,,,,,,v just need to make it a practice to do yoga everyday,,,,so today also same plane of half an hour of mindful yoga:):)

hey i am also thinking of doing meditation regularly ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,seeing your interest in doing the same i just thought we can do this together i mean update each other on how much time v gave for meditation ,,,,,,,,,this way i feel we will be regular at this ,,,,,,i am for sure it will work what u  think???? its not a bad idea.....
