Thank you for geting back to me.  I'm at a stage now where I am finding it really hard to focus on doing normal things because I will slip into a daydream.  All day  today I have been slipping into a daydream and it has lasted for 7 hours now.  I am starting to slip into it and not even realise I'm doing it, the only thing that will alert me is the loud humming sound i will sometimes make when I am daydreaming.
