If you want medication, then find out what works for you and what doesn't, because not all medication may work. There are also ways to deal with ADHD / MD without medication such as exercise and following a structured routine. For your possible bipolar II, I'm not sure, but exercise usually helps for mood disorders. Realizing that MD worsens your focus (and possible ADHD) is an important step to improving because you can't solve a problem without identifying it. Also, you can use simple tools such as a notebook, agenda, or app to write important things down, so you don't forget them.
