It's alright. I know you are a student studying and I work 6 days a week so I'm hardly ever here too. Regardless of when your messages come I do Appriciate them.

I am uncomfortable in crowds and do prefer my solitary time but this is ow I work around it. In my job I have to interact with people which has boosted my confidence and made me less uncomfortable around people.

1. Take baby steps. Maybe when your friends ask you out to the cinema or to the cafe go. You don't have to go to everyone but going to a few will help you to get used to socializing more with people.

2. There is a meditation technique which I do twice a day called "The Relaxation Ritual" and it's by Donald Micheal Kraig. You sit or stand and imagine a golden ball of light traveling from the tips of your toes through your body to the top of your head. Try to visualize as in Maine ha you can see the ballot light traveling in your body. Wherever you feel the tension back bring the golden ball back down your body, or you can create another one imagining it going up through your feet to the area where there is tension. As the gold ball stays there where there is tension imagine it hovering there and removing the tension and replacing it with calm and peace. When you are doing with the ball it goes out to the top of our head to the front of your forehead then goes through and vanishes. Given ack to the universe. If you feel spacey imagine yourself growing tree roots from your feet through the floor.

This meditations can last as long as you want 5 minutes a day 10 minutes. But for me it really has helped me control my Maladaptive daydreaming. Which I am learning to convert not regular day dreams without all of the actions involved like groaning loudly and laughing to myself,
. Yes I have my days where my body just feels like it needs to MD and it does it, usually when I am really stressed out.

Please try these tips they worked for me. Try the meditation before you do your exams it should help to clear your mind and focus more on the exams.

Have hope. I've had Maladaptive daydreaming for years and it's only recently that I have been able to control it. Is your MD like mine where stress triggers it off?
