I can relate to you on that, I didn't understand why it was so important to have friends and be social, it's not like food and water. But I guess if you don't have a social life, you get addicted to your imagination a lot quicker, and that's not good for you. People with MD aren't very social because they're too much into their imaginations. Plus, I can relate to the talking about one's life.
People who daydream don't really have much of a personal life, I believe, because it's about who they are and what they did in the past and who they want to be. When I try to thin of who I am, half of it feels like the cartoons I've been addicted to, and the other half is just like: "Um...just a girl who's turning sixteen who goes to high school." However, if you bring more of a social life, then chances are you will have interesting things to talk about with your life because you'll know more about yourself. Also, sometimes it's hard to choose a topic for the conversation; I've had that with many of my friends, but that just adds to the fun of thinking of one. I guess if one would want to talk about their imagination somehow in the conversation, they could probably say what their beliefs are, or a tiny bit about themselves.
